So far so good. Apartment is definitely not extremely sound proof. Neighbors are good. The only problem is parking. I have kids and lately I have had to park outside the front gate to get a spot. Even if I paid for a carport spot I wouldn’t be super close to my apartment

I’m still happy I chose this place as home for me and my kids. Neighbors are friendly and nice. Office staff are amazing, friendly and so nice. There hasn’t been one concern or suggestion that doesn’t make me feel like a valued resident. Maintenance staff is friendly, quick, clean and respectful. I’m hoping rent prices don’t get crazier and we are able to stay until my youngest graduates or I can buy a house.

Unfortunately, there has been far too many car thefts. I'll be moving out and purchasing a home pretty soon. My upstairs neighbor, my downstairs neighbor, and I have had our cars stolen and/or broken into. It not the apartment complex fault but security is needed everywhere in the DFW metropolitan area. I love all the amenities and neighbors. I have to secure my family and our belongings.

I’ve never had any issues with living in this community for the past two years until recently parking has been a major issue as well as noise. The parking lot is always full every day before 8pm, people who work nights this is not ideal. My husband and I have to park outside the gates every other night taking turns because of the new parking system that’s used. As someone who lives in the complex having to park outside a “gated community” 5x out of the week is disappointing.

We have been living here for a month now. And I'm extremely satisfied with this neighborhood and the city it's in. The community and as well the individuals who work inside the office are fantastic and marvelous people. Everything living condition wise is a wonderful experience and I'm extremely grateful for being able to live in such an amazing city.

Really enjoying things here so far. The only dislike I’ve had is the parking, or available parking at/near my building and being able to find an open parking spot near my apartment when I come home from work. Otherwise, so far, things have been good.

I have been at Elan Keller Ranch for six months. I have had very few issues, but would have minor things anywhere I lived. The great part about Elan is how quickly the issues have been resolved. Information about events keeps me informed and up to date about Elan. I look forward to the next six months.

I really like my apartment and getting used to apartment living now. However, the walls are really thin. Like I can hear my neighbors pee thin... And I wonder if there's a way that neighbors can communicate without confrontation? Whoever lives above me has woken my baby up so many times. Maybe a chat add on here? Just a thought!

Everything has been great so far. The staff is helpful and friendly. Anjannette has helped us multiple times already and has made us feel welcome. The only issue is the parking. There is hardly ever a spot open near your unit, even during the workday.

Me and my husband, for the most part, love living here. The upsides include great amenities, friends as neighbors (in different buildings) & friendly people any time we use the pool, BBQs or gym. Downsides include towing — even when our guests have filled out the form correctly, favoritism of residents from staff — if you’re not one of their favorites you will not get the perks other residents get, & the smell of weed (in our apartment from our neighbors) & dog urine (in the entire staircase from one specific neighbor who lets their dog pee on their door & right in the staircase entrance). Putting those things aside, we have lived here almost two years and plan on renewing our lease until we are ready to buy a home. The friendliness of people within the complex & the amenities make it worth it for us and our guests. Not to mention we have truly made our apartment into our home since we moved here from California.

Elan Keller Ranch is a fine apartment. My building has a huge problem with smoking and weed which is annoying. I live in building 8, and half of the building smokes. The apartment is your typical builder grade apartment. My apartment is clean which is good and it has a nice hallway which I like. The office staff is very nice. We got towed once when we forgot to register our rental car (we were in a car wreck so we were parking in guest parking). That cost almost 500 dollars which is Obnoxious and of course the ONE time we forgot to register. Gym is decent, pool is nice, parking not too much of an issue. It’s safe and convenient. Overall if you have to live in an apartment it’s not the worst choice. The maintenance staff is very nice.

Elan Keller Ranch stuff are great, helpful and provide excellent service. A week and a half into our lease we decided the 2nd floor was the best fit for our family and they were able to accommodate us to the 1st floor with a backyard. I highly recommend the Elan Keller Ranch, their community is peaceful and well maintained.

There are a lot of good things about living here! It is a great location as well and the Maitenance team is great. There are a lot of noise issues. Package service is not good, mandatory. Speed bumps added that are quite pronounced.

My overall experience at Keller Elan has been great! The staff are always very responsive and friendly. The first week was bumpy getting moved in, as the unit wasn't actually quite ready. Again, the staff was very helpful with this and it wasn't a big deal. The only issue I have had here is the bugs and smell! I've had issues with fleas, ants, and spiders. Additionally, the "dog park" area smells foul, constantly- but I don't know if there is a fix for that, haha! All in all, I am pleased with my experience so far!

I love everything about this place but the neighbors above me. They are constantly loud on a daily basis. Lots of roughhousing, laughter, furniture being moved… I can hear through the ceiling, jumping, running, shrieks, loud, heavy objects being dropped and super late into the night keeping me from asleep, despite quiet hours. Have reached out since March (4 months now) multiple times and still it continues. Am disappointed because everything about this place up to this is wonderful.

Besides the termites, ants, and spiders invading my apartment. And pest control not even doing their job. Ignoring my request for me to be present when he came twice in 1 month with no resolution, Guess the pest guy hates my Banksy stickers of a hanging klansman so he didn't do nothing. Also dog $h*t been 4 feet away from my patio for a month now and dog urine not being deodorize, then it's a perfect place if you don't mind these things. Been here 2 years and they are hard pressed to even clean my carpet. Canceled my request for unknown reasons. Cool

EKR has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenace team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. The staff is very humane, nice, understanding and compassionate. EKR really maintains everything inside and out to keep it looking pretty. Whenever we've had any issues they've been more than willing to discuss them and to find a good solution. They are also GREAT about allowing pets. I would highly recommend renting at EKR.

We love living here! Our only downfall is our staircase is constantly smelling like dog pee/poop. Our downstairs neighbor allows their dog to pee in the staircase & right at the bottom on the plants. Scent travels & living on the third floor, it stays there. We also never received our points for renewing our lease. We love our apartment though & are always using the pool & other amenities. We have made friends with our neighbors & thankful for good community here! Our friends & family always rave about our complex & apartment any time they come over. If we are not ready to buy a house by the time our lease renews, we will most likely stay her. Happy to be apart of the community!

I have had a great overall experience here! It is in a great location and it has been a nice home. The features in the apartment are great. There is a lot of noise here from dogs, modified vehicles, and thinner walls. You have to pay for a package service that isn’t great and a trash pickup service that you can’t opt out of. And the rent is getting very high.

The trash should be on fewer days, to minimize time by the door. There are weeks where there is trash outside doors, everyday. The recycle/cardboard can is always difficult to fill.

I just moved in a month ago but, so far so good! Cailee was awesome and so helpful throughout the touring and application process. My only critiques thus far would be about the trash valet and the mandatory fetch fee. You have to leave your trash in a trash can outside your door or you have the risk of getting fined. However, the first time I leave my trash out, my brand new trash can gets broken. The fetch package is weird because it really isn't protecting your packages from getting stolen if you choose to leave the package at your door. In my case, this is really the only option as I would not be home to sign for it because I work all the time. The gym is really nice and has great options. It has been a little hot in there though so hopefully they turn the A/C on in the summer. Other than that, I can't complain too much and have really enjoyed my first month here!

My husband and I have been living here for 2 years now and we love it. The gym is great, the pool is going to be perfect this summer with a baby! The office is amazing and timely, any time I have a question I send out an email and I have a response by the end of the day. The noise isn't bad at all and parking is tolerable if you choose to not pay for a carport. I would recommend anyone to choose Elan to call their home!

The apartment complex is in a good location close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The fetch package delivery service that the complex requires you to use for any packages including Amazon is awful, a lot of times packages go missing or delivery takes too long.

The overall experience here is great and the location in the Keller area is nice too! Some issues that would be nice to change: -not having to pay for a package service that isn’t necessary -trash fees have increased significantly on top of having to pay for valet trash -noise levels from vehicles, dogs, and apartment building is quite a lot

The apts are quiet and the atmosphere is great! The amenity center is fun and very useful. The dogs are quiet for the most part. The parking is a bit difficult at times, but still only a short walk.

It is a great area to live in. The apartments are newer and it is nice to have that. The maintenance crew is great and the apartment itself is really great! There are some things you wouldn’t realize until you get there: the trash will cost $25 and then the “trash” fee in your bill can jump quite high when the complex has a lot. you will have to pay $18 for Fetch on top of your personal shipping costs for packages and it is not a great service as a whole. The parking can be difficult at night and I have never seen them tow cars in spaces without a permit. The noise can be quite loud in the halls as well, lots of loud vehicles in the complex. My lease was also given to me to renew with a week to decide, not with the 75-80 days I was told I would get.

This place is awful. Unfortunately, we were convinced this community was going to be a lot different than it presented itself as when we first toured. The amenities aren’t great especially when you look at other apartments now, the “leasing professionals” in the office have no understanding of being professional or how to properly take care of this community. Hopefully prices will go down to match the quality of living and members of the community can start being treated right. Trash service is awful and you can’t opt-out. Wi-Fi is awful. Quality of apartment is very low. Not worth it at all and Vegas extremely unhappy living here.

It has been a great year living so far! I love the Keller area and the apartment space has been amazing. The maintenance team has been great and so quick to respond when something happens. The few downsides I would say are the noise can get a little difficult with all the dogs, loud vehicles, and thinner walls. Also, having to use the Fetch package service hasn’t been great at all! Overall though, this is the best place I have lived!

I really like it so far. Unfortunately some but not all my maintenance requests were seen to but hopefully since I requested them again, they will be resolved shortly. Maybe they can verify the services requested when they call before coming? I rather expected a bit of a better cleaning job for new tenants i.e. new carpet in bedrooms (especially since stain/discoloration is visible), cleaning baseboards, repairing shower rod fixtures, removing cobwebs from ceilings, painting over scuffs on walls…. from a previous tenant. I do like the community events and the effort to keep tenants the priority for parking. Maybe there can be community sports teams like pickle ball? I also appreciate their efforts to keep pet owners accountable with email reminders and encouraging reports from community members. They also seem very flexible and accommodating on moving vehicles coming onto the property.

Elan Keller has the potential 2be a great community however they R not there yet. The office staff R awesome! I love the team because they R so friendly &caring. Maintenance is responsive &experienced. Josh is great! However w/all of the amenities, EK doesn't feel like home. The amenities offered can B more of a headache then a benefit. 1. Not being able 2have your packages delivered 2your door is a hassle because the package delivery service we must use is horrible. 2.Neighbors don't follow the guidelines 4trash pick up. This should B a luxury service however it doesn't feel like it because our neighbors leave their trash outside on days when there is no trash pick up. It's an eye sore, it stinks and it draws bugs. It's not monitored so residents do what they want. 3.Resident parking is a flop. 4.Visitor parking is not ideal & is a hassle, especially for the handicapped or disabled. 5.Periodically dealing with yard workers making my patio dirty instead of cleaning up THEIR mess& more

-I was sold on the none smoking advertising but residents still smokes on their patio. -Some veteran gets veteran discount on rent while some don’t. -The residence gate is a menace. Resident not secured. -Too many turn overs…high rent increase. -Fetch too slow for deliveries. -Too many fees charged. Very high credit/debit card processing charge. -Residence parks in paid parking not belonging to them. Parking not enforced as should.

Residents are not treated the same/fairly. No one responds to my emails. Especially my email that I have followed up on three times since April. No one calls me back. I had one guest towed after signing up for guest working. Another guest got truck broken into. Still have not had a follow up on that. No one wants to visit me now. My parents and grandparents have to walk practically half a mile to get to my apartment. Guest parking is just horrible. Amenities are not great. Especially for what we pay. Extremely overpriced and not for good reason. No explanations of additional charges. At least not in detail. Feel like it’s lies if the explanations seem like guesses. Every resident I’ve spoken to has even more complaints and bad experiences.

EKR has been a great first home for us in the US. We've made friends, had easy access to amenities and managed to make the keller/fort worth area our new home. Friendly and helpful staff and community events have made our new life easier, and my son has made tons of friends. Watching the kids all playing together while families bbq is what life is about. You will hear loud modified cars throughout the night, as well as your neighbors above you due to the thin walls and ceilings. Parking situation has been mostly fixed. People speed thru the parking lot so be aware of that. Maintenance is good. Pool is perfect spot to tan. Overall if you can deal with noise and 1600 for a one bed one bath this is the place for you.

When we first moved in we absolutely loved it. However, now a few months into our lease we are very unhappy with how things have changed under new management. We have very loud, unruly neighbors above us. After countless complaints, emails, calls to the office, after hours to the courtesy officer, and the regional manager, nothing has been resolved. We pay a lot to live in a luxury community, but these ongoing issues make it feel more like cheap housing. There have been price increases on trash without proper advanced written notice or signed agreements from both parties. But, if you can get past those issues, the apartment units are beautiful and spacious! I only wish they had a fireplace!

It’s very noisy, lots of dog poop, too many kids at pool without adult supervision, fetch service for packages is wasted money, parking is scarce, people drive crazy through the parking lot, neighbors can be sketchy, etc. We like the actual apartment itself, but the community isn’t great.

I love the gym and pool, and it’s a great location. You can’t usually hear your neighbors, which is nice. The gate is annoying because the code calls someone rather than just opening the gate. There needs to be more than just the one recycling bin across the complex and the front office is randomly closed a lot.

The management team seems to have to get involved with every issue that occurs as the rest of the team continues to mess up account information. Lots of problems with the gate and the parking. The account issues that occurred to only find out yes my account was incorrect and there was continuous errors on the office side of things. I did not feel like i was listened to after repeating myself many times that my information was incorrect.

I’d say our star has been pretty pleasant. The only thing keeping me from rating it as 5 star is the continued false fire alarm triggers that have gone off in our building. This mornings 4 AM wake up has been the 3rd since our stay here. Our building seems to be the only one with the issue. 🤦🏽‍♀️💆🏽‍♀️

As I've lived here for a few months, the noise is awful! My upstairs neighbors stomp, slam cabinets, and it goes on all night. Regardless of how many times I've complained, it hasn't gotten better. The office told me to contact the courtesy officer the next time they are loud (which is every night) and the officer was at work so he suggested I call 911. I did not call 911 because that's crazy, but I did contact the office again via email and received no response. I get that I moved into an apartment where people work weird hours, but I'm cognoscente of not making noise during hours when most people are probably asleep. The parking situation is a nightmare, as there aren't enough spaces. Sure you can rent a carport or garage if you are rich, but I'm a teacher who cannot afford this. If you get home anytime past 7, good luck finding a parking spot. I would not suggest moving here, as I have lived in much cheaper apartments with less noise and better communication from the office staff.

We love the community and our unit! Everything is extremely high quality and the community is very well kept! The only complaint we have is towing. The parking rules are very strict and though we appreciate that the parking lots are free of outside crowds, a few designated parking spots for visitors inside of the gates would be nice. Requiring guests to submit a parking pass AND park outside of the gate is a bit repetitive and we do not enjoy asking our friends and family to walk from the gate to the back of the complex. Overall though, we have really loved our stay so far and would recommend Elan Keller Ranch to anyone over any other complex in the area.

When I first moved in the Elan was great. Then my upstairs neighbors moved in….a toddler who weighs a ton and loves to run and jump is now my daily music. At first I was told they would take care of it. And then I was told well it’s an apartment what do you expect. Also, they’ve employed a towing service that can randomly tow your car, permit and all, and all you have to do is take off work to go get it….but no worries, they won’t charge you the towing and storage fee! Beautiful apartments, not so beautiful tenant service.

It’s NOT been a good experience here! Poor customer service, a cheap build(we literally hear the upstairs tenants taking a piss. And, it sounds like their child is going to come through the ceiling as it runs throughout their apartment!), poor upkeep of the property, lack of communication from management, forced added monthly fees, policies not being enforced, it’s a difficult process for family & friends to visit, etc. I could go on & more into details but this review doesn’t allow enough characters to do so. Many people moving out and when we find a new home we will be too.

I love this place and I’m definitely grateful for moving in here as my previous place was a house and this apartment experience is definitely chill and a bit different than most apartments. Honestly the inconveniences of living here are small but over time really start bugging you like having to wait to enter your own gate because it malfunctions every time you enter and being told it’s your tags fault after getting it fixed multiple times. Or not even knowing if I’ll be able to park anywhere because the gates are left open on several nights throughout every month. If you don’t have a carport it’s a free for all basically. Another big inconvenience is the pile up of my recycle that I have to take somewhere because there’s no recycling option. Hope this helps!

The gate has lots of issues, otherwise the staff is really friendly and one of the nicer apartments in the area. I have not had any had experiences so far but the leasing team is super nice and knowledgeable about the complex and all of the amenities.

Elan Keller is the best apartment community that I have ever lived at. The community grounds are clean, and the landscaping is beautiful. It is a fairly quiet community. The gym is great, and there are other great amenities here! I highly recommend living at Elan Keller Ranch.

I wish the staff was as accommodating as they were when we were ready to sign the lease. We have been treated poorly here. The bulk of our emails from management are to scold us for being poor tenants, or charge us fees for setting a box outside for trash pickup. But they allow the dumpster to overflow into the parking lot. Oh and the weekly inspections are so fun, I love hosting strangers with clip boards. And instead of hiring someone who can tend to tenants during non office hours, they allow third party locksmiths to come literally force their way into your apartment. $300, two damaged window screens, and a lock that no longer works is what this apartment would prefer over literally anything logical and potentially beneficial for its tenants. We pay tooooo much, do something with our money instead of buying matching vests. Thanks.

We absolutely love our new community! Moving from California, Texas has been an adjustment. Helpful staff and friendly neighbors has made this transition easy. We love this quiet and clean complex. While the space is nice I don’t think the surprise $50 increase in rent was cool. A lease is a contract and a complex forgetting to include something should mean they take the loss. Didn’t love the short notice for mandatory inspections without the ability to schedule them. Also didn’t love being emailed that the other person on the lease could ask additional questions (implying somehow that I couldn’t). Also Fetch is unreliable but mandatory. Also apartment gates are left open randomly. Space is nice.

We've been here for about a month and so far the it's been great. I can't hear the neighbors which is great and the amenities are top tier. I do find it weird that theres a dog park but not a playground. There should definitely be cameras installed around the parking areas. Someone complete messed up my door and there's nothing I can do about it bit pay the insurance because of the lack of cameras and common decency.

I am not happy with the guest parking situation here, you expect our guests to park OUTSIDE of the community & walk around the property but what if our guest is disabled?! You make NO accommodations for them. Landscaping is not properly kept and the walls here are EXTREMELY thin. The paint used on the walls are cheap & comes off with water. & there is no patio furniture at the grill areas so i guess we have to eat on the ground???? Not happy

Words can’t describe how great this apartment complex is. This location is in one of the safest areas in the metroplex, it is new, and from the first phone call I made to the staff to schedule a tour I knew we would be welcomed and have an awesome experience based off their customer service alone. The customer service was absolutely incredible. The staff, specifically Victoria, Paige, Justin, and Sheridan went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and safe. They expedited our application so we could move in within less than 24hrs of submitting our application and taking the tour of the gorgeous facility. The amenities and the apartment community is absolutely immaculate, as well. The Ranch hosts regular get-togethers for the residents to include events such as wine night, pool parties, and fun scavenger hunts. It is only day 2 of our time at the Ranch but we can already tell this will not just be a place to live, but an awesome community and home!

Everything here is pretty great just some growing pains with being a brand new apartment building. The pool being closed and and fetch not always delivering on the scheduled times and it seems regular mail sometimes can’t find the address. However, maintenance requests are always handled quickly and the problem is always fixed. I just moved to Texas from South Carolina for work! I didn’t get to come and do a walk in person but the virtual walk through was great! I love the apartment itself and they are pet friendly!

Our experience at Elan Keller Ranch has been great. Management is really nice, helpful and quick to respond when needed. Apartments are very nice, and on our time off we like to enjoy the amenities which are also very nice and kept clean.

The place has been really great so far :) everything has been very easily accessible and the customer service has been great we had a lot of questions and they were answered face to face and over the phone very easily and quickly

Love my community. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Management is quick to respond to any questions or maintenance needed. Great place to call home.

Very professional and very helpful! Getting an apartment is always stressful and the staff at Elan made it very easy. It felt unreal how relaxed and worry free I was.
